Our family is the most important thing to us.  We are lucky that we get to spend months of the year with our parents, brothers and sisters.  Seeing our niece (Rachel) and nephew (Max) grow up and taking part in their lives has only made us more excited about starting a family of our own.  Our roles as favorite uncles have definitely gone to our heads!  Our friends are an extension of our families.  Eric and I have surrounded ourselves with a diverse support group of amazing friends.  In recent years, many of them have started having children of their own.  Our son or daughter will grow up with the love and fun of a large extended family.
